Personally, I have never bought into the myth that LPs sound inherently better than CDs, and the LP format has so many other inconveniences that go along with it, I am not missing the days of vinyl. They did come with nice llarge covers though.

I disliked everything about LP's, just a horrible venue for listening to music. I have a great Stereo system, but for the life of me I can not hear the difference between a CD and SACD.

Some people don't hear the difference between mp3 and CD. That doesn't mean we should all have only mp3... :wink:

Has anybody picked up VIBES? If so, what are your thoughts on it? I just got my copy today, and listening to it as I type. It's definitely something I've never heard before, especially from Horner.

People finally got their wish with The List of Adrian Messenger. Despite moderate interest in the score I never thought I would buy it, but the allure of shiny new things made me succumb to doing so in the end.

I hope Varese has more classic Universal premieres in mind for future release; Intrada shouldn't have to carry the rest of the workload alone. Although, we can always be sure that overall quality will be top-notch with Intrada's efforts.
