Some I can remember at the moment:

"The Final Fight (at the Cellar)" from ARACHNOPHOBIA is the highlight of that score and missing from the score album.

"Mauren Returns to the House" at the finale of PSYCHO III (well, actually the complete score on CD is a grail for me)

"The Gondola Chase" from Moonraker

"Brody finding the corpse" from JAWS 2

The "wing fight" from DIE HARD 2 already mentioned

Twister- An exciting piece of score that begins as the stormchasers leave the aunt's house that transitions into an orchestral arrangement of Van Halen's Humans Being, into which the cue ultimately leads. Probably not included because it is designed as a lead into a song, it is still one of the best cues from the entire score.

Batman Begins- Bruce Wayne runs into a room and presses a few keys on the piano. A hidden passage opens up. He gets into the elevator and rides down to the batcave. I love this cue!

The Great Escape. That haunting music when they first arrive in the camp ("At First Glance") & not on the album! Happily now on the complete original score release.

My absolute favourite Holy Grail cue is also UP THE MOUNTAIN from ROCKY IV.
If somebody wants to ressurect me after I'm dead they just have to play this tune and I'll start jumping and chanting DRAGO!!! DRAGO!!!!.....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Ni5EK8ajhE

ROCKY IV also has the great TRAINING MONTAGE & WAR track.

My favourite type of scores are the ones that are upbeat and heroic.

Goldsmith gets into the fun too with VILLAGE RAID / HELICOPTER FLIGHT from RAMBO: FIRST BLOOD Part II.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYv1HT_eXdQ
That score also has THE SNAKE and ESCAPE FROM TORTURE that gets me jumping out of my seat and yelling F%#K YEAH!!!!!!

Another theme / cue that I'll never tire of is The rescue theme from Silvestri's THE DELTA FORCE.
When Chuck Norris and William Wallace are chased in the Volkswagon bus and has to fight oncoming terrorists.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2VwPZjb9S8Q

Horner did it also with his score to COMMANDO when Arnold suits up and reaches the bad guys fortress.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMWLV5Ad ... re=related

From the unreleased scores threre's a couple of the obvious grails:

The end fight in AN INNOCENT MAN when Tom Selleck has to fight the 2 dirty cops that framed him and put him in jail for 6 years.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L9althtXCJo (the theme kicks in about 1 minute into clip, and when it reaches it's climax 1.45 into clip I'm in filmscore heaven.)

Then we have the theme when Emilio Estevez drives his racecar in the beginning of FREEJACK, great drum work in that theme from mr Jones.
+ theres also a great chase theme later in the fim when Estevez puts his racing skills to good use when Mick Jagger hunts him down on the streets of the future 2009.

And another car chase theme that Richard Halligan composed to The Octagon.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vYpipnc5ujg

Like I said, I'm a sucker for adrenaline fuled scores, and the 80's had the best ones.

Man From Atlantis - the cue that plays when Mark returns to the ocean and thinks back on his adventure. I talked about it here: http://thatneilguy.blogspot.com/2010/10 ... music.html

Sigh.

The Moonraker opening sequence, up till the main title theme by Shirley Bassey. I've found fragments over time, but never the entire sequence, from the shuttle theft through Bond free-falling.

The original pod race sequence from Phantom Menace as scored by John Williams, not the tracked version heard on the soundtracks. Actually, just about every cue from Phantom Menace as originally scored by Williams before it was altered.

The brief fanfare from Rocky 1 as the title scrolls across the screen. It's not on the Rocky CD I have, anyway.

When Jon Voight falls and plunges into the waters below after killing the toothless hillbilly with a razor sharp arrow in Deliverance. I remember banjos gone wild like a short improvisation as he falls, tanged in rope with the dead body. And some other tracks from Deliverance not on the LP/CD. Most of the music on that recording was originally released on the old Electra LP "New Dimensions In Bluegrass Music" and isn't used the film. "Duelin' Banjos" was originally called "Feudin' Banjos" on the earlier recording.

The game show intro in The Running Man. I always loved how that piece built up to Richard Dawsons entrance.

Our Man Flint - the cue used when Flint arrives (in a casket with escort) on Galaxy Island
And the cue used when the American Eagle attacks Flint..please - a re release of the score with those missing cues, please!

Also from Chinatown - at the climax of the film when Jack Nicholson's character is taken down to Chinatown by Noah Cross and his henchman - a great low-end piano cue by Goldsmith!
