That surprises me! I haven't heard about this in a while, but there was once some sort of issue with how you had to email him - if you just clicked on the mail link on the Kritzerland site it wouldn't work, but if you copied and pasted the address itself it would? Something like that, anyway. I don't suppose this might have happened in your case?

In any event, Bruce typically keeps an eye on what goes on here so you'll probably be hearing from him soon. Hope you get sorted, man.

In other news, didn't Roger change the release schedule for December to delay by a week and release 4 titles at once - putting Kritzlerland back on the same schedule as Intrada?

No one named "Neil" ordered A Bridge Too Far, at least as far as a quick look through the saved invoices tells me.

My PayPal receipt marked "KRITZERLAND", says otherwise.

I'm pretty easy to find via the site or simply at kritzerland at gmail dot com. I respond to each and every e-mail and usually within one to two hours of the e-mail's arrival.

The latter e-mail address, was the one used.

IF you ordered from us, exactly what name did you use, Neil because it doesn't appear to be Neil, Neil.

My name is definitely Neil (my Birth Certificate is pretty solid on that!).

I did everything correctly.

I'm pretty sure if Neil ordered the Intrada version of BRIDGE TOO FAR he'd be having the same issue.

actually I did receive my SPACECAMP replacement copy, in a perfectly reasonable timeframe - thank you for that, by the way.
