UPDATE: May 25, 2012 STAR WARS 35th ANNIVERSARY On May 25, 1977 Star Wars was released and proceeded to become one of the most popular and most profitable films of all time. To honour the 35th anniversary of this ground-breaking film Cinematic Sound is proud to present music from all six of John Williams’ film scores – STAR WARS, THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK, RETURN OF THE JEDI, THE PHANTOM MENACE, ATTACK OF THE CLONES and REVENGE OF THE SITH. We will also be featuring music from Joel McNeely’s score to the 1996 novel SHADOWS OF THE EMPIRE, Kevin Kiner’s score to the 2008 3D animated film STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS, and three separate STAR WARS related video games – THE FORCE UNLEASHED, STAR WARS: THE OLD REPUBLIC and KINECT STAR WARS.
