Day three....the box still torments me, like Kurtz in the jungle.....damnable thing!

Have to be smart about this, I love the guys who are saying 'oh I'll pre-order and
they'll just charge me in December or January' - hell, I've played THAT game before
and the charge always seems to come when the till is empty or something happens!

Besides, if you get this 'thing' who knows what treasures are going to come out in the
meantime you would have to pass up? And I have a feeling the ones people really are
going to want (PEE WEE!!!) are going to come out again anyway (LaLa Land already
insinuated they are doing one title, and BATMAN RETURNS, already), and really set folks
off.

Too lavish and expensive for my blood. Count me out.

Amazon.com now has the Elfman/Burton boxed set available for pre-order. They are promising a release date of December 28th and are charging $476.99 with free shipping. Considering that I already have an Amazon Store Card that gives 6 months interest-free financing, that was enough to finally motivate me to pull the trigger and order it.

This box is way too expensive...
as I give all my money to a bunch of hamsters & monkeys.

I hope it gets dissected and several choice titles get the deluxe treatment.
Especially PEE-WEE's BIG ADVENTURE
