I have been making my way through the set for two or so weeks now. I have been noting cues that I thought were the best from episode episode. This is the first five Cds, for those interested; a line break means a different episode on a CD; a "(?)" means I am unsure if it'll make the final cut: CD1: 5, 7, 10 11, 14, 17, 20 22, 28, 29 CD2: 9 13, 15, 16 (second half), 19 20, 26, 27, 29 (last part), 33, 34 CD3: 1, 3, 4, 8 (P1), 9 (P2), 11, 13, 14 16 (P2), 18 (end), 19 (to 1:30), 22, 23 (P2), 24, 26 CD4: 7, 9, 12 14 (P3), 20 (??? - 1:06 -- I meant to go back over and note that starting time later), 22, 23 27, 30 CD5: 1 (P2), 2 (P2?), 3, 4, 7 (part of; again, meant to note later) 12 (part of), 13, 15, 16(?), 18 (beginning), 29, 32 |

And now CDs 6 to 10 of my "Best of" track picks: CD 6: 6 (end), 7, 8 (0:29 to end), 9 "The Royale": NONE 19 (beginning to 1:08), 21, 22, 23 (made some incomplete note stating 0:32), 25, 26, 27 28, 35, 38, 39 CD 7: 2 (one of the best cues written for any television series -- I know he said he tried to do what Goldsmith would do, but here he REALLY DID), 7 (0:55 to end), 9 (P2), 10 14, 16, 19, 21, 22 27, 29, 30, 33 (end of -- didn't specify starting time) CD 8: 2, 8 (P1) "Who Watches the Watchers": 11. 13, 14, 15, 17, 21, 22 26, 28(?), 30, 31 33 (P2), 34 (?), 38, 41 CD 9: 6, 7 (P1), 8, 9 13, 14, 16(?), 17 18 (P1), 21 (P2), 22(?), 23 (P2), 24, 25 27, 29 (P1, P4) CD 10: 2 (1:28 to end), 4, 10 12 |
