I have every John Morris CD released by the specialty labels, and the last one I would really like to own is the soundtrack to Mel Brooks' hilarious film High Anxiety. I would prefer to have a CD of the complete score, the theme song written and performed by Mel Brooks, and the loveably dreadful song "If You Love Me Baby, Tell Me Loud" that has the tendency to kill people due to its awfulness. Thanks for the information! That mention was just a couple of weeks ago, too. La-La Land is the best there is in giving the most memorable comedy soundtracks their well-deserved deluxe treatment. |

I am really looking forward to this soundtrack getting released. The film is easily one of my most watched Blu-ray discs, and I could not imagine it being any better as a parody of Hitchcock films. The film is also a reminder that Madeline Kahn died much too soon.
