Harkit IS a legitimate label, but their main focus is jazz.
Most of their "soundtrack" line up is improperly licensed stuff.
Having looked at their SEBASTIAN,
it seems no different a situation
with bonus tracks culled from Tristram Carey's estate adding up to nothing more than the elements Mr. Carey used to create his Sputnik Code.

Will this release cause a problem the same manner that TSUNAMI's release of HAWAII did several years ago?
Or can your licensing situation through UMG "trump" them?

I couldn't agree more,
especially if Intrada is possibly doing a proper release.
So, I'll amend my earlier statement...

Bonus tracks SWIPED from Tristram Carey's estate adding up to nothing more than the elements Mr. Carey used to create his Sputnik Code and no new Goldsmith material.

Thus even worse news is that their POPE JOAN release,
with swiped (master???)tapes, recorded and stored in London,
is selling like crazy....
according to them. :cry:

PS: I know nothing about their jazz releases,
which is what I based their legitimacy (as a label) on,
not their pirated soundtracks.
