Volume 2 has more atmospheric music, but there's also some powerful stuff such as Final Fight, The Circus and the wonderful Road from Paris cue. It also contains The Dress, the most beautiful reading of the film's love theme.

Small caveat: the cover design is less striking than volume 1's original poster art (very Star Wars-like, but still great!)

This is one of my favorite Jerry Goldsmith scores!

It was at first issued by Varese in two separate volumes, the first being a realy great album, the second a sort of "more music from..."

I usually listen only to the first, it contains all the themes and great moments of the score. The second volume is darker and less rewarding.

I don't checked if the double CD version simply repackaged the two former CDs, or if it present a new sequencing...

The single disc release contains all of Volume One and six cues from Volume Two:

Actually, the first part of The Future is an unused cue. The correct track order for the complete score is as follows:
