Boy, I'm going to have to listen to this again with headphones, but I sure can't hear it.

Your response to this situation still marks you folks as a class act supreme. I hesitate to say this, but this is NOT something I would expect from "certain other" sources. (I trust I make myself obscure.)

I noticed the error clearly,
it happens at 0.31seconds (according to my CD counter),
and the jump in the music, sounds similar to a bad bit of music editing, a very awkward cut in the music.

Yes, the jump is there, and it's minor but clearly noticeable. In any case, as I said in my direct e-mail to the Intrada hamsters, I'd be perfectly happy if you just send me the replacement disc with my next regular oder, to save you postage. (THE DEEP for example seems to be still "pending", but any other future order will be fine too. I'll certainly continue ordering from Intrada. )

Thanks for your patience on the replacements, too. They're scheduled for production with the Sony plant shortly. We'll have enough copies to get around to everyone, including any copies purchased through other dealers, of course.

Hey Doug, whats the status now? Approximately how long till we get the replacements shipped. I ordered via SAE along with other items to be shipped to Pakistan. My order is on hold since I guess they are waiting for the replacements. Thanks

I wasn't able to get one the day it came out (I was at work and missed the short window when it was available), and I've never seen it on SAE either. I'm worried that if I get a second-hand one through ebay or whatnot that my only option will be a faulty disc. Is there any way that I would be able to exchange it for a corrected one if I get it through someone else?

Darn. No seller's going to want to open theirs to check cause once it's unsealed it will drop the resale value.

Oh well, guess I'll just have to live without SpaceCamp. Which kinda sucks, cause it's been my holy grail of soundtracks for going on twenty years now since I first started collecting in '89.
