I just went to a local thrift store... they never have ANY soundtracks. Imagine my utter SHOCK when I found the Silva Legend CD!!! It has a legitimate insert and back cover, but the label is different, which is what makes me wonder if what I got was a fake. Instead of that pinkish-colored label, it's white with an illustration of a unicorn. Has anyone ever seen this particular label, and is it legit? |

I have both versions and believe that both of them are legit. Not sure why different covers were produced, though. Possibly releases for different countries? |

I know that Silva re-issued the score at least once before Varese picked it up, so there may have been a different image on the disc for later pressings, but what you're describing is exactly what my copy looks like, which was purchased at a Tower Records back in 1992. It's completely legit. Great liner notes in that package. |
