Warner can be such a Pain In The $*# when they tampere with good old releases. They replaced all of J. Peter Robinsons score to The Return Of The Living Dead Part II with a awful newly made cheesy synthscore on the 2004 DVD release. Instead of being a Horror/Comedy it felt just like an unfunny comedy. Even the director had no idea about it, when he talks on the commentary track. I love how Robinson used the guitarr riffs when the zombies crawl out of their graves. Maybe we should "pimp up" Davinci's Mona Lisa to fit the 2000's What do you say? I say, You don't mess with art, and motion pictures is the highest art in my opinion. The Music, The Cinematography, The Editing, The Direction, The Acting. Shame on you Warner, shame on you. |
