Hi all,

When I was - hum - younger, I discovered a fantasy animated movie aired on french TV. Years later, I was able to rent the VHS of The Flight of Dragons and taped the soundtrack (dialoagues + music+sound effects) and listen to it for weeks !

Is there anyone remembering this fantastic score by Maury Laws ? It's a kind of elder of FLESH & BLOOD... Really impressive one!

Is there any hope, since it's an ABC/Telepicture/Warner, for a release ? Roger, Doug, please ?

Here's a link: http://www.us.imdb.com/title/tt0083951

I haven't heard it, but I love Laws' score for The Hobbit. I'd buy Flight of the Dragons based soley on this.

I don't know The Hobbit but those scores are, in my opinion, perfect for the Signature Editions...

I remember both the movie and the music. The movie is available on YouTube:

A score release would be great 8)

Thanks for the link: that's it. On the link below, you'll find the opening title. I really hope to live long enough to see this one released...

When you read comments on YouTube, you can see there is a huge amount of people fond of THE FLIGHT OF DRAGONS (they even speak about Maury Laws !)...
