Hoping that someday, one day albums can surface for both of these animated TV shows. Powerpuff Girls especially is in dire need of a new album beyond the "City of Soundsville" compilation that's riddled with dialogue. There's a documentary on the complete series DVD and it's mentioned a lot of the action/monster sequences are scored in the vein of classic '50s Universal monster flicks. Tons to go through over the show's 78 episodes.

My Life as a Teenage Robot - not as iconic or recognized but there's some cool stuff in there that I enjoy. Mostly electronic, fitting in with the show's style.

Both composed by James L. Venable, along with Thomas Chase / Steve Rucker / Jennifer Kes Remington on PPG and Paul Dinletir on MLaaTR. PPG owned by Cartoon Network / Warner Bros., MLaaTR owned by Nickelodeon/Viacom (Paramount?).

Seconded on both counts. Venable always did great work (his music for Clerks: The Animated Series was always spot-on as well), and it would be nice to get both the PPG score without it being chopped up into tiny pieces, having all the performances of each character's theme pasted into one long mess and then covering the music with dialogue, and have any album representation for MLAATR at all.
